We had the best experience at Lakeview! This is our third puppy and the best first puppy visit we’ve ever had. The vet assistant, Mackenzie, was so through with our puppy visit and gave such great information and kept our puppy busy so we could listen with our full attention. Dr. Augustin was the best vet ever. She was the most anttentive and sincere vet we’ve worked with. She answered questions honestly and asked us the best questions. Our puppy loved being there and didn’t even notice she got her shots! I couldn’t recommend Dr Augustin and her staff enough!

I really love this clinic. As a person who has some white coat anxiety (even by proxy with my pet), I always feel comfortable here and know they are going to do a great job taking care of my little fur baby.

Dr. Augustin is a wonderful veterinarian and is always thorough, kind, patient and compassionate. She takes time to explain exam procedures, test results and her recommendations. I really appreciate how Dr. Augustin and her staff genuinely care about my dog and make sure that I feel informed and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Augustin and her team because I am confident my dog is getting the best care.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lakeview Animal Clinic! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Paighton, in particular, has been an absolute standout. She took the time to thoroughly educate me on the best ways to care for my cats, answered all of my questions with kindness and patience, and made both of my cats feel at ease. It’s clear she not only knows her stuff, but truly loves what she does — and her approachable, friendly way made every visit comfortable and positive. Dr. Augustin is equally amazing. She is fully engaged in every appointment, clearly invested in my pets’ health, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell she loves her job and genuinely cares about giving pets the highest standard of care. I always leave feeling confident that my cats are in expert hands. Thank you to the whole team for providing such compassionate, thoughtful care — I’m so grateful to have found this clinic!

Lakeview animal clinic is wonderful. Dr. Augustin and the technicians Sam, Paighton, Kristen, including Shelly the receptionist are really kind, patient and looking out to make sure that your pet and you are feeling comfortable through the appointment. Dr. Augustin takes the time to explain everything during the pet examination including x-rays and treatments. As a student who's looking to become a veterinarian, I've had the opportunity to shadow Dr. Augustin's and more than a vet she is really dedicated and loves what she does. She takes the time to share her knowledge which not everyone is willing to do and that talks about what a great Dr she is. Words aren't enough to mention all the good things and how thankful I am with all the staff from Lakeview animal clinic.

Dr. Augustin and her staff treat me and my Goldendoodle, Sonny, with the utmost respect. She has been caring for my dog since he was a puppy and I trust her advice and medical knowledge. I look forward to going to Lakeview because everyone there is kind, courteous, and truly concerned about my dog's health. Sonny likes going there for the petting, belly scratching, and treats. I 100% recommend Lakeview to all pet owners.

Highly recommend Lakeview Animal Clinic! Their team provided exceptional care when my dog needed urgent treatment while we were away from home. I was visiting from Colorado when my dog, Finn, had a severe allergic reaction to an unknown substance that caused him to scratch his face until it was bloody. Since we were away from our regular veterinarian, we took him to a clinic near my parents' house as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the treatment didn't help, and Finn's condition continued to worsen. He needed immediate care, and I am so grateful we found Lakeview Animal Clinic. The team fit us in right away, took all of my concerns seriously, and answered every question I had. They were incredibly kind and compassionate with my very shy and anxious pup, and provided treatment that quickly relieved his itching while also helping prevent further irritation and injury. The care we received was outstanding, and Finn was much more comfortable afterward. I would highly recommend Lakeview Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a caring, responsive, and professional veterinary team.
